Sound the Alarms I have something exciting to say, okay that may be stretching it a bit. However I'm happy to announce my first ever 5 K run is under my belt (actually it's the first run of any distance) with a time of 34 minutes. Next month brings Thanksgiving,black Friday,cranky shoppers as well as the Turkey Trot and as far as I know the girls & I will be ready,set and on our marks to add another notch in our shoe laces. Thanks friends for the awesome experience.
P.S. I did not see our pics in any publication :( darn maybe next time

well, at least for me slow finished the race!! I wasn't very steady like you! I'm really hoping I can make it for the trot....time will tell!
I hope you do also we need to come up with a clever name for our group of 4...hmmmm
